Jonathan Hurden

Head Of Production And Supply- Controller Business at Dana

Jonathan Hurden has extensive experience in the automotive industry. Jonathan currently serves as the Head of Production and Supply for the controller business at Dana Incorporated, where they are responsible for overseeing the production and supply of electronic controllers, software, and licensing. Prior to joining Dana Incorporated, Hurden worked as the Director of Operations at Pi Innovo LLC, where they also managed the production and supply of electronic controllers, software, and licensing. Jonathan has also held the position of Director of Program Management at Pi Innovo, where they were involved in the development of hardware and software solutions.

Before joining Pi Innovo, Hurden worked as a Senior Project Manager at AVL North America Inc, where they led projects for major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, focusing on engine design and development, combustion development, electrification, and simulation of advanced powertrain concepts. Prior to that, they owned and operated Automotive Consultant Engineering LLC and served as the Chief Engineer - Engines at EcoMotors.

Hurden's career in the automotive industry began at Rover/LandRover/BMW, where they worked as a Chief Engineer for almost two decades.

During their career, they have gained significant experience in project management, business development, and managing international electronics contract manufacturing partners.

Jonathan Hurden attended Coventry University from 1982 to 1986. Jonathan obtained a BSc(Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
