Laura Bowles

Laura Bowles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laura is currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits & Mobility at Dana Incorporated since December 2020. Prior to this role, Laura worked at BorgWarner Inc. where they held multiple positions. Laura served as the Director of Corporate Human Resources from July 2015 to December 2020, where they led HR activities and developed strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent across six business units. Before that, they were the Senior Manager of US HR Shared Services from October 2014 to July 2015, where they created a standardized HR organization for all US locations. Laura also managed various HR roles within BorgWarner, including Senior HR Manager and Benefits Manager for the Morse TEC and Thermal Systems business units. Laura has also held positions at Ball State University as a Contract Professor and Graduate Assistant, as well as a Human Resources Manager at Morris Automotive Group. Laura'sextensive experience in HR and leadership roles makes their a valuable asset in the field of human resources.

Laura Bowles has a BS in Management/Marketing from Purdue University and an MBA in Human Resources from Ball State University. Laura also attended Muncie Central High School.
