Tim (T.J.) Reinhart, C.E.T. has a diverse work experience in manufacturing engineering and lean manufacturing roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Product Engineering Trainee at Honda of Canada Mfg., where they analyzed warranty parts and conducted testing to confirm design intent. Tim (T.J.) then moved on to Faurecia in 2006 as a Manufacturing Engineering Trainee. In 2007, they joined K.T.H. Shelburne Mfg. as a Project Manager.

In 2010, Reinhart joined Dana Incorporated, where they held various roles over the years. As a Manufacturing Engineering Lead, they implemented equipment and facility strategies, developed capital plans, and led the deployment of advanced robotics and AI solutions.
