Angela Blake

Angela Blake is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Danaher Corporation since November 2023, Angela previously held various leadership positions at Verizon from 2008 to 2023. Notably, as the Global Head of Executive Coaching, Talent Assessments, and Capability Building, Angela was responsible for a $5M annual executive coaching portfolio. In earlier roles, Angela directed leadership development initiatives and workforce training for Verizon Wireless, overseeing substantial teams and budgets while implementing strategic learning architectures. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Castleton University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
