Heathre Moler

Heathre Moler serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for the Diagnostics Platform at Danaher Corporation, overseeing a global team of 27,000 associates in a $11 billion organization focused on health and diagnostic solutions. Previously, Heathre held similar roles within various platforms at Danaher, including Water Quality and Hach, managing HR for groups that collectively impact water quality and analysis. Prior to joining Danaher, Heathre was the Global Director of Human Resources at ETS-Lindgren, contributing to the EMC test systems manufacturing industry. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a BA in Business Management from North Central College.
