Keithen Stallings

Keithen Stallings is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in diversity outreach and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Stem Recruitment Lead at Danaher Corporation since July 2019. As the founder of THE@ACCESS FOUNDATION since June 2017, Keithen is dedicated to enhancing educational access and opportunities. Previous roles include Diversity Outreach/University Relationship Manager at Bayer from June 2018 to July 2019 and a similar position at Monsanto Company from August 2009 to June 2018, where responsibilities included managing diversity pipeline initiatives, launching the Diversity STEM Scholarship Program, and fostering strategic partnerships with universities and organizations. Keithen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University and graduated from Lincoln Sr. High School.
