Russell Fleury

Russell F. is an experienced professional in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Global EHS Compliance Assurance and Data Management at Danaher Corporation since August 2021. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Compliance, Safety & Sustainability Sr. Director at Pratt & Whitney, where significant improvements in injury rates were achieved through safety programs. Additional experience includes serving as Vice-Chair of the Town of South Hadley Sustainability & Energy Commission, managing EH&S operations at Collins, and developing comprehensive audit programs at United Technologies. Russell holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, alongside a certificate from the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
