Nidhi Garg

Nidhi Garg has extensive experience in call center management and customer care, currently serving as the Manager of the Call Center at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children since November 2016. In this role, Nidhi oversees a team of 15 agents, manages internal call routing, and coordinates the schedules of over 50 doctors while liaising with medical clinics.
