Setia Permana

Setia Permana has extensive experience in human resources and landscape architecture. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at PT Danayasa Arthatama since August 2018, Setia oversees all HR programs from recruitment to retirement, manages budget planning, and implements payroll administration processes. Previous roles include Human Resources Supervisor and Landscape Architect at the same company, as well as Engineer at PT. Pembangunan Sarana Perkasa. Setia also held leadership positions in student organizations, including President of Himpunan Mahasiswa Arsitektur Lanskap IPB. Setia holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Landscape Architecture from IPB University.
