Averie Engel

Averie Engel currently serves as the Outreach Overall Director for Dance Marathon at the University of Florida, leading a newly formed marketing team focused on community engagement. Previously, Averie held the position of Public Relations Overall Director, overseeing a large team and developing innovative social media campaigns. In addition, Averie is the Marketing Director for the Leadership Development Program at the University of Florida, responsible for managing social media, creating promotional materials, and facilitating team meetings. Averie's experience includes working as a Business Strategist for Sparks: The UF Marketing Firm and participating in various leadership development programs. Prior roles include internships and positions in customer service, emphasizing community advocacy and guest experience. Averie Engel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at the University of Florida, expected to graduate in May 2026.
