Felix Popescu

Felix Popescu is a seasoned financial management consultant with extensive experience in corporate finance and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Financial Management Consultant at DanceOne since September 2023, Felix has also co-owned Bounce Haus LA since August 2022. Previous roles include Financial Management Consultant at Flower One, where support was provided for turnaround strategies and creditor negotiations; Head of Corporate Development at PharmaCann Inc, overseeing a significant merger; and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at MedMen, managing major restructuring and financing deals. Additional experience includes leadership roles at DaVita Medical Group and FP Associates, along with foundational experiences in investment banking at Jefferies & Company and Lazard Freres & Co. Felix Popescu holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University.
