Juliana Dias

Juliana Dias is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Diretora Industrial at Bombas Dancor since September 2020, Juliana has held various roles including Gerente de Manufatura and Coordenadora de Produção. Prior to this, Juliana was the Superintendente Geral for the Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and held positions at Petrobras as Diretora de Operações and Engenheira de Projetos. Juliana's career began as an Engenheira Trainee at Pirelli Cabos. Academically, Juliana holds a degree in Engenharia Mecânica and a degree in Engenharia de Produção from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and has also completed two MBAs, focusing on Sustentabilidade and Gestão de Projetos from LARES/UFRJ and FGV, respectively.
