Amy Clark

Amy Clark serves as the Chief People Officer at D2L since January 2024. Previously, Amy held the position of Senior Vice President, People Services North America at Colliers from March 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the HR function across regions, supporting recruitment, developing leadership programs, and guiding diversity and inclusion initiatives. From January 2005 to March 2022, Amy worked at Manulife in various roles, culminating as VP of Employee Experience, Global HR, spearheading the transformation of people experience globally and leveraging HR technology. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from Athabasca University and has additional degrees from Wilfrid Laurier University and Dalhousie University.
