Customer Success Manager (corporate)- EMEA at Dandelion Energy

Shefali Mishra is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, partnerships, and community engagement across various educational and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at D2L since October 2022, Shefali manages a portfolio of corporate clients in the EMEA region, focusing on enhancing the adoption and engagement of Brightspace, a learning management system. Previous roles include positions at UCL, Harappa Education, and the Centre for Civil Society, where Shefali led community-building initiatives and developed strategic partnerships in public policy education. Additionally, Shefali has experience as a Teach for India Fellow, where mentoring and project leadership distinguished contributions to low-income communities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Education and Technology from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Delhi University.
