David Wan, CPA, CA, CFA has a diverse background in finance and corporate development. Currently serving as the VP of Finance and Corporate Development at IKPN and Dandelion Inc, David has experience in providing innovative financing solutions for various industries. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alberta, and additional qualifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant, David brings a strong financial acumen to their roles. Prior experience at BDC, BDO Canada, EY, and the Government of Alberta has equipped him with a range of skills in financial modeling, valuation, transaction support, and audit engagements.
