Jamie Joseph

Jamie Joseph is the Head of People Operations at Dandy. Jamie has a long and impressive work history, starting with their time as an intern for various companies. They then went on to work as a Program Manager for Amazon, where they worked with 3 colleagues to build an e-commerce platform for women with textured hair. After Amazon, they took on the role of MBA Intern at Airbnb, where they developed a framework and process to guide Airbnb’s Customer Support department in integrating with newly-acquired companies. Jamie is a graduate of The Wharton School, and their time there has prepared them well for their current role at Dandy.

Jamie Joseph completed their undergraduate degree at Princeton University with a BA in Public Policy with a focus in Global Health and Technology. Jamie then went on to earn their MBA from The Wharton School with a concentration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
