Merwyn Lopes

Merwyn Lopes is an experienced professional with a solid background in sales and project management, currently serving as both Sales Manager and Project Manager at Danfoss IXA since January 2015. Previous roles include Area Sales Manager at EagleBurgmann, where responsibilities encompassed direct and international sales, order management, and business development. Merwyn also contributed as Global Market Introduction Manager at Danfoss solar inverters A/S and gained early experience as a business development assistant at EnvoTherm A/S and an intern at Project Zero A/S. With a robust foundation in marine engineering and technical expertise acquired in various engineering roles, Merwyn holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, along with degrees from Goa University and the Institute of Maritime Studies.
