Uma Shankar Rajendran is an experienced operations professional with a track record of excellence in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Danfoss since November 2011, Uma has achieved significant milestones, including over 3,500 days without a lost time injury and consistent double-digit productivity growth through initiatives like Kaizen events.
