Lauren Williams

Lauren Williams is an experienced library professional currently serving as the Adult & Community Services Manager at the Daniel Boone Regional Library since 2010. In this role, Lauren contributes to public service operations, resource management, and community engagement at the Columbia Public Library. Previous experience includes serving as a Public Services Librarian, where responsibilities included coordinating the digital branch, managing adult programming, and addressing a variety of patron needs. Prior to the library, Lauren worked as the Director of Business Services at Marquam Group, where duties encompassed office management, accounts management, marketing coordination, and human resources. Lauren holds a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Southwestern University.
