Michael Martha, PMP, CPPM, is an accomplished product and program manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management across various industries. Currently serving as Product Manager and Program Manager for New Product Development at Daniel Defense, LLC since June 2020, Michael previously held senior project engineering roles at Polaris Inc., where responsibilities included managing the development of youth vehicle engines and planned change initiatives. Michael has also provided leadership in system engineering roles at Marine Corps Systems Command, overseeing major vehicle programs, and has experience with complex systems at L3 Technologies and EG&G Technical Services. With a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University, Michael combines technical expertise with strong management capabilities.
