Steven Chance

Steven Chance has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing within the firearms industry. Currently serving as a Design Engineer 3 and previously as a Manufacturing Engineer 4 at Daniel Defense, LLC since May 2017, Steven specializes in automation and serves as the Process Owner for steel parts, excluding barrels. Before this role, Steven worked at Ruger Firearms from October 2002 to March 2017, contributing significantly to the production of the Ruger American Rifle and the 10/22, achieving record numbers. Additional experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Tool Designer at Design Standards Corp and Ruger, as well as positions at Bomar Division of Pompanette and Sinclair Machine. Steven holds an Associate of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology from New Hampshire Technical College.
