Anna Marie Stenbæk

Anna Marie Stenbæk has a comprehensive work history, starting in 1994 as a Post Graduate in Economics at Danfoss. Anna Marie then progressed through various roles at Danfoss A/S from 1995 to 2013, culminating in Vice President of Human Resources. In 2013, they joined Danfoss Power Solutions as Vice President of Supply Chain. Subsequently, they worked at SFK LEBLANC as Group HR Manager, then at Frontmatec as Group HR Manager and Global HR Director in 2017. From 2017 to 2021, they held the position of Senior Director HR, BU Pork at Danish Crown before being promoted to Vice President, HR, Pork, and later Vice President, HR Operations.

Anna Marie Stenbæk completed their Studentereksamen in Nysproglig linje at Odder Amtsgymnasium in 1984. Anna Marie then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies (Japanese language) from Aarhus University from 1987 to 1989. Subsequently, they obtained their Master of Business Economics (cand.oecon) in Business Administration and Management from Aarhus University from 1984 to 1991.
