Vivi Jakobsen

Vivi Jakobsen has a diverse background in HR, starting as a Project Manager at Thomas Cook in 1999. Vivi later held roles such as Consultant & Project Manager at EVU, Freelance Advisor at AS3 Companies, and Advisor and Coach at Vivi Stensdal. From 2007 to 2018, Vivi served as VP Human Resources at HAMLET PROTEIN, responsible for the global HR strategy. Vivi then worked as CHRO at K2 Management, implementing a global HR partner set-up. At Trendhim, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer. Vivi then became a Senior HR Partner at Arcane Tinmen, managing HR across global entities. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director in People Services at Danish Crown.

Vivi Jakobsen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business from Aarhus University (1987-1990), followed by a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD) from the same university (1991-1994). Vivi later completed a Master of the Psychology of the Organisation (MPO) at Roskilde University (2012-2014). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in coaching, profiling, and transition management from various institutions between 2002 and 2019.
