Heiko Gerling

Heiko Gerling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations excellence, supply chain management, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations Excellence at Danone since June 2021, Heiko Gerling oversees a broad spectrum of functions, including manufacturing, logistics, and sustainability. Previous roles at Danone included Vice President of Design to Deliver for both DACH & Plant-Based Europe and DACH, providing comprehensive accountability for the value chain. Prior to returning to Danone, Heiko Gerling was the Managing Director for Germany, Austria, and Poland at ARYZTA, and held multiple senior positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, managing operations across Central and Northern Europe. Early career experience includes managerial roles at SGL GmbH & Co. KG, mr-it-solutions GmbH, and BASF, supporting strategic operations. Heiko Gerling holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cooperative Education Mannheim.
