Ernie’s extensive background at Williams Company includes project management for various offshore assets, focusing on aspects like topside construction, pipeline operations, and subsea interconnects. Early career experiences include roles at Forman Petroleum and Panaco Oil Inc., ranging from Lead Production Operator to Offshore Coordinator. Ernie's education was completed at Central Lafourche High School.
