Ann-Sofie Frandsen

Ann-Sofie Frandsen is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at Danske Commodities since March 2013. The role encompasses strategic business partnering, succession planning, leadership development, coaching, and various HR functions including employee engagement and recruitment. Prior to this, Ann-Sofie held positions as HR Partner and Junior HR Partner, focusing on supporting HR initiatives and employer branding. Ann-Sofie began their career at Danske Commodities as a Receptionist, responsible for administrative tasks and team development.
