Axel Wagner

Axel Wagner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in meteorological analysis and weather forecasting. Currently serving as a Senior Numerical-Meteorological Analyst at Danske Commodities since July 2016, Axel specializes in quantitative analysis of weather and trading signals, long-term weather forecasting, and the development of weather infrastructure. In addition, Axel has been a Weather and Climate Science Lecturer at FernUniversität in Hagen since March 2013, involved in lecture development, thesis examination, and classroom seminars. Prior experience includes roles as a Meteorological Analyst and Power Spot Trader at Grundgrün Energie GmbH, where Axel developed algorithmic trading strategies and conducted weather forecasts.
