Birgitte Skovgaard

Birgitte Skovgaard is an experienced leader in the fields of yoga and physiotherapy. Since December 2014, Birgitte has guided Skovgaard Yoga- & Fysioterapi, while also serving as a Sundhedskonsulent at minsundhed.com since 2018. As the owner of Børnenes Fysioterapi since December 2013, Birgitte focuses on children's development and well-being through pediatric physiotherapy, motor skills training, and rehabilitation. Birgitte has been involved with the Dansk selelskab for pædiatrisk fysioterapi and Danske Fysioterapeuter since 2000, contributing as a physiotherapist for various organizations, including Næstved Kommune and Region Sjælland. Birgitte's educational background includes certifications in children's yoga, medi-yoga, and advanced yoga therapy, supplemented by studies in pedagogical psychology and ongoing education as a Meta NLP Practitioner.
