Obiora Kenneth Chinwuba

Obiora Kenneth Chinwuba, MBA, ACIPM, serves as the General Manager of Corporate Services at Dantata Town Developers Limited since November 2023, while also functioning as the Founder of ICEMAVEN LIMITED, established in June 2020, which partners with Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises to enhance employee management and organizational growth. Obiora has extensive experience in human resources, having held significant roles including Head of Human Resources and Administration at Gidanka (Smart Residences Limited) and Head of Human Resources at Kiakia, focusing on managing staff performance and HR operations. Contributions to CyberSafe Foundation included mentoring over 6,000 girls for job placements. A strong background in HR management was developed through prior positions at Imperial Phoenix Consulting and Del-Trazi Nigeria Limited, where notable achievements included the execution of staffing processes and the securing of significant contracts. Obiora holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ahmadu Bello University and a B.Sc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, complemented by a diploma in Modern Human Resource Management.
