Joel Patterson

Joel Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and positions. Joel has recently worked as the SVP of Development at Dantes Partners LLC since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Development Project Manager at PIRHL, LLC from August 2018 to October 2020. Joel also worked as the Director of Development at Stone Sherick Consulting Group, LLC from 2016 to August 2018. In addition, they have experience as a Trading and Investment Analyst at Eris Property Group (Pty) Ltd, a Transactions Analyst at Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, Inc., and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Columbia University. Furthermore, Joel held the position of Project Manager at Sherick Project Management, where they successfully managed childcare facility capital improvement grants and affordable multi-family development projects. Joel also gained experience as an Architectural Intern at Francis Cauffman and completed an internship at Image.

Joel Patterson has a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. Joel also obtained a BARCH in Architecture from Syracuse University. In addition, Joel holds a certification as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector from the National Recreation and Park Association.
