Bence Bense has over eight years of experience in commercial management within the concrete manufacturing industry, currently serving as Area Manager and RMC Plant Manager at Danucem since September 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, sales, finance, logistics, quality assurance, and inventory management for a concrete plant, while managing a team of 5-10 associates. Bence's role involves organizing daily production workflows, supervising material flow, and controlling the total budget, along with negotiating contracts with business partners. Previously, Bence held positions as RMC Inventory and Assets Coordinator and RMC Technical Assistant, gaining extensive experience in ERP systems, material management, and quality assurance. Prior experience includes a role as RED Auditor at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Bence holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering from the University of Miskolc and a high school diploma from Fényi Gyula Jezsuita Gimnázium és Kollégium.
