Frode Helland-Evebø

Frode Helland-Evebø is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Daphne Technology, responsible for overseeing, execute, and direct all our commercial activities. Through his 25 years of experience within the maritime segment, he has a demonstrated history of developing and generate business within environmental, safety, and security segments for both start-ups and larger companies. Through his passion, focus, and dedication he has built successful teams.

His experience and expertise in different leadership positions as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, VP Sales, Global Sales, and Business Management, has confirmed his ability to build strong and long-lasting client relations. Frode has worked 15 years with leading international maritime corporations such as Clean Marine, Pacific Green Marine Technologies, Consilium, and Honeywell in commercial leadership roles. Between 2017 and 2019 he drove the Clean Marine’s growth around the world by generating more than €200 million in incremental sales.

Frode is also an expert in establishing and developing agencies- and distributor networks and has proven records of building, managing, and streamlining sales organisations. Today, he has established a secured partnership between the Green Shipping Programme (Norway) and Daphne Technology to study Ammonia as the green shipping fuel of the future.

Besides his role in Daphne, Frode is the owner of a consultancy company that helps organisations secure successful, profitable and sustainable businesses.

Frode received his bachelor degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the University of South-Eastern Norway and also a degree in Industrial Marketing from the Oslo Metropolitan University. Frode is also a former Board Member at the Norwegian Maritime Exporters NME.
