Kerry Fischer is the SVP, People & Culture at Dapper Labs. Kerry has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting and Employee Experience.

Kerry started their career at TripAdvisor in January 2017 as the Global Head of Human Resources | Recruiting and Employee Experience | Compensation. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources, recruiting and employee experience for the company.

In March 2018, Kerry joined TrustToken as the Head of People Operations, Recruiting & Employee Experience. In this role, they led initiatives to help TrustToken recruit, hire, develop and retain their most valuable asset - People.
