Hosam Aly

Hosam Aly is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design. As Project Architect/Director at DAR AL OMRAN since January 2021, Hosam has led significant projects, including the management of a construction budget of 150 million SR for a major development at KAFD while serving as Construction Project Manager at MOBCO Group from October 2019 to December 2021. Prior roles include managing construction projects for Al Rayyan Apartments Hotel and Le Meridien Hotel, with budgets of 27 million SR and 183 million SR, respectively. Hosam's career also encompasses roles in educational building projects and architectural design, beginning with a Bachelor of Architecture from Assiut University.
