John Czerwinski

John Czerwinski possesses extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement within various industries. Currently serving as the Director PMO/CI at Polypore International, John leads global project execution and drives performance improvements in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. At Daramic, LLC, as a Project Manager PMO, John develops project management skills across the organization. Previously, John held multiple leadership roles at Britax Child Safety, Inc., focusing on continuous improvement, quality management, and program management, driving efficiencies and compliance across product development and manufacturing processes. Early career roles at Thompson Plastics, Inc. and Tyco International further strengthened John's expertise in quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles. John holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Buffalo State University and certifications in Lean and Six Sigma from the University of Kentucky.
