Muhammad Saad Fareed

Muhammad Saad Fareed has had a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Muhammad started their career as an Administrator at Progressive Habib Coaching Center in 2010, where they managed over 200 students and handled accounts. In 2013, they interned at the State Bank of Pakistan, gaining insight into the core functions of the bank and specifically the Agriculture Credit Department. Muhammad then joined SBT Japan - Pakistan Office as an International Business Development Executive in 2014. In this role, they approached clients in the Kenyan market, negotiated pricing and terms of agreements, and overcame client objections. Since 2016, Muhammad Saad Fareed has been working at Daraz, initially as a Key Account Acquisition Executive, acquiring new selling partners for the platform. Muhammad then served as an Acquisition Manager, responsible for key accounts and brands acquisition in various categories, assortment building, and market research. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Key Account Manager - Fashion at Daraz.

Muhammad Saad Fareed completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Supply Chain at the Institute of Business Management from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Islamic Banking from the Centre of Islamic Economics in 2014. Muhammad also holds a B.S degree in Commerce from Karachi University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Saad Fareed's secondary education was completed at Woodland Secondary School, where they received their Matriculation degree in Science in 2007.

Additionally, Saad Fareed has obtained several certifications throughout their education career. In 2014, they received a certification in Islamic Banking and Takaful from the Centre of Islamic Economics. In 2012, they obtained a Certificate of Participation in "ASPIRE" from the Human Resource Development Society- Department of Commerce University of Karachi. In 2011, they participated in a seminar on "Brand Yourself" and received a Certificate of Participation from the Department of Commerce- University of Karachi. Muhammad also obtained a Certificate of Participation in "IGNITE- take the stage" in 2011 from the Human Resource Development Society- Department of Commerce University of Karachi. Finally, in 2007, they completed a Microsoft Office Package 2000 certification from Farooq-e-Azam Computer Institute.
