Muhammad Talal Sultan

Muhammad Talal Sultan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Muhammad Talal is currently working as the Head of Project - Fulfillment at Daraz since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for project execution, correspondence with project management teams and clients, project coordination, warehouse layout optimization, and capex allocation planning.

Prior to joining Daraz, Muhammad worked as a Regional Operations Manager at MEDZnMORE from 2021 to 2022. In this position, they oversaw a team of 100+ employees, maintained SLA, managed inventory aging, and resolved dispatch and delivery issues.

Muhammad also worked at Daraz from 2016 to 2021, where they held various roles. Muhammad Talal served as a Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams and developing project plans and budgets. Muhammad Talal also worked as an Inventory Manager-Warehouse Operation, achieving benchmark inventory aging targets and designing layouts for space utilization. Additionally, they worked as a Key Account Manager-Vendor Operation, managing multiple categories, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring supply chain efficiency.

Before joining Daraz, Muhammad had an internship at Oil & Gas Development Company Ltd. Pakistan in 2015.

Muhammad Talal Sultan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Iqra University between 2012 and 2015. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Muhammad Talal Sultan completed their Higher Secondary Education at Government Degree College Gulshan from 2010 to 2011, with a focus on Pre-Engineering. Muhammad Talal'ssecondary education was obtained at WhiteHouse Grammer School, where they received a Secondary School Certificate in Computer Science in 2009.
