David Wombwell

David Wombwell is an experienced Document Controller with a solid background in document management systems and quality assurance, particularly in engineering and fuel sectors. Currently employed at Darchem Engineering Limited since November 2018, David has played a key role in the Hinkley Point C Stainless Steel Pool Liners project, where a comprehensive document system was developed to meet project specifications and customer requirements. Previous positions include Document Control roles at Vivergo Fuels Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed both operations and construction phases, and a Senior Document Controller role at Petrofac on the Laggan Tormore project. Additional experience includes Document Control for Jacobs Engineering on a Bioethanol project and various positions in purchasing and administration at Laing O'Rourke, along with initial roles in web assistance and site labor. David holds a degree in English Language & Linguistics from the University of York.
