Cedric McMickle is an experienced professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Total Quality at Darden since July 2013. In this role, Cedric oversees food safety and quality for a portfolio of 415 restaurants across the United States and Canada, developing COVID-19 emergency response protocols and analyzing foodborne illness data. Prior to Darden, Cedric worked as a Senior Product Certification Auditor at NSF International from April 2006 to June 2013 and held various positions at the Cleveland Department of Public Health from July 2000 to April 2006. Cedric holds a Master of Public Health from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from John Carroll University.
