Lovisa Grönlund

Lovisa Grönlund has diverse work experience as a service designer, primarily focusing on digital service development. Lovisa began their career in 2016 as a Service Design Intern at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden, where they contributed to the TJAFS project, aimed at developing user-friendly waste disposal services.

In 2017, Lovisa joined Usify as a Service Designer, helping clients create more human-centered and user-friendly solutions through service design. Lovisa played a key role in managing user involvement processes for projects like Elastiska hem, exploring sustainable living. Lovisa'spassion for co-creation and design-driven approaches motivated their to inspire individuals from various fields and organizations.

Currently, Lovisa works at Skatteverket as a Tjänstedesigner, focusing on digital service development in the Customer Meeting Department. In their role, they have been involved in two specific assignments. Firstly, they worked on standardizing how customer events are sent/received by municipalities, authorities, and regions, aiming to provide users with coherent feedback on multi-stakeholder affairs. Secondly, they have explored possibilities for customer-initiated secure digital two-way communication.

Overall, Lovisa Grönlund has acquired extensive experience in service design and has a strong focus on user needs, stakeholder involvement, and design-driven methods.

Lovisa Grönlund completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Linköping University from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they participated in an exchange semester at Hong Kong Baptist University. Lovisa then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business & Design from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they also briefly studied business administration at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg in 2015.
