Jayita Goswami

Jayita Goswami has over 18 years of experience in various scientific roles. Jayita is currently working as a QC Scientist at Catalent Pharma Solutions since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Laboratory Scientist at A-TEK, Inc. starting from June 2021. Before that, they served as a Research Analyst at Boise State University from January 2021.

Jayita's previous experience includes working as a Micro lab technician at Darigold since May 2017. Jayita also worked as a Research Associate at Advanced Laboratories Inc. for a brief period in 2015. In 2014, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Brown Mackie College.

From 2007 to 2011, Jayita worked as a Research Associate at Boise State University, where they independently pursued a cancer drug discovery project and gained expertise in cell-based functional assay development. Jayita also wrote grants, quarterly reports, and protocols during this time.

In 2004, Jayita worked as a Technical Research Fellow at NIH/NIDDK, where they investigated Type II Diabetes in humans using molecular methods such as PCR sequencing and enzyme-based experiments.

Jayita Goswami has a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry from the University of Calcutta, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Jayita then pursued their Master's degree in Cytogenetics/Tissue Culture at Visva-Bharati from 1995 to 1997. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they obtained another Master's degree in Molecular Genetics from ASU.
