Oliver S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.
Oliver started their career as an intern on the Systems Engineering Team at Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) from May 2001 to January 2003.
In 2003, they joined SRA International as a Systems Engineer and later took on the role of Executive Technical Assistant from July 2004 to February 2005. Oliver then became a Project Manager / Senior Systems Engineer from February 2005 to April 2014. Their final role at SRA International was Principal from June 2012 to April 2014.
In 2014, Oliver joined RSR as a Program Manager from April 2014 to September 2015.
In 2015, they joined Dark Wolf Solutions, where they held various positions, including Principal from September 2015 to January 2018, Director from January 2018 to January 2019, and currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer from January 2019 onwards.

Oliver S. attended Loyola Blakefield from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
Oliver then enrolled in the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering and completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace Engineering from 1999 to 2003.
Oliver S. continued their studies at the same university and pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace Engineering from 2003 to 2006.
In 2007, Oliver S. simultaneously pursued two Master's degrees. Oliver attended the University of Maryland School of Public Policy and earned a Master of Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on International Security and Economic Policy. During the same period, they also attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
In terms of certifications, Oliver S. obtained several ITIL certifications from APMG International. Oliver completed the ITIL Foundation in September 2011 and followed up with ITIL Intermediate certifications in Service Design (November 2011), Service Transition (December 2011), Service Operation (November 2012), Continual Service Improvement (November 2013), and Service Strategy (February 2015). Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Expert certification in December 2016.
Oliver S. also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2012.
Lastly, in June 2023, Oliver S. received a Certificate of Successful Completion in Leading Teams for Growth and Change from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
