Michelle Tate

Michelle Tate is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in victim advocacy and child protection. Currently serving as the DoD Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate (DAVA) Program Director at the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA), Michelle provides strategic leadership for the Military Domestic Abuse Coordinated Community Response Program. Other roles include Principal at The Lighthouse Risk and Readiness Consulting Group, where Michelle specializes in child abuse prevention policy development, and various positions at Darkness to Light, including Director of Consulting, where program oversight and development are key responsibilities.
