Frank Liesman

Frank joined Dart Container Corporation in 1995 and was named General Counsel and Executive Vice President–Legal, Government and Environmental Affairs in 2021. He previously served as Vice President and Secretary, Assistant General Counsel, and Vice President–Government Affairs & the Environment and General Counsel.

Prior to joining Dart, Frank worked for 10 years for Citizens Banking Corporation as Assistant General Counsel. He is former adjunct faculty at Michigan State University–Detroit College of Law.

Frank has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and law degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
