Jason Collins has over two decades of experience in various technical and support roles within the IT and service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Technician at Dart Container since September 2013, Jason has also held positions in the company as a Field Support Technician and Information Systems Specialist. Prior experience includes roles as a Help Desk Specialist at SYKES, IT Support Technician at Amazon, and Print Technician at Staff Management | SMX, among others. Jason began the professional journey at WBKI/CW Louisville as a Master Control Operator and has a strong educational background, having studied at Lindsey Wilson College from 2000 to 2003.
