Nate Ross

Nate Ross is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in automation technology and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Automation Technology at Dart Container since April 2018, Nate manages a team focused on end-of-line packaging automation and oversees the implementation of automation systems across various manufacturing and distribution sites. Previously, Nate held the role of Engineering Manager for EPS Operations at Dart Container, where responsibilities included managing teams, developing maintenance programs, and leading new product development efforts. Nate's earlier experience includes positions as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and Production Planner at Asahi Kasei Plastics, and an Operations Analytics Intern at Jackson. In addition to engineering roles, Nate has been active in local governance as Chair of the Planning Commission and Compensation Commission for Vevay Township, where engagement with community stakeholders and leadership in ordinance updates are key contributions. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Engineering Sciences from Michigan State University.
