Sherry Dreasky has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sherry began their career as an HR Project Manager at MCI in 1996, where they were responsible for the development and implementation of a web-based human resource application. Sherry provided training for recruiters, managers, and clients during this role and stayed with the company until 1999.

In 1999, Sherry joined Creative Recruitment Solutions as a Project Manager/Internet Researcher and worked there until 2001. Sherry'sresponsibilities included managing projects and conducting internet research.

Sherry then joined American Express as a Recruiting Specialist in 2002. In this role, they were responsible for growing the field force of Financial Advisors in the Detroit metro market. Sherry also managed a team of six individuals who generated and pursued leads for Financial Advisor positions. Sherry left American Express in 2005.

Since 2005, Sherry has been associated with Dart Container. Sherry started as a Senior Recruitment Specialist and held this position until 2010. Sherry was then promoted to Recruiting Manager, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Recruiting and Compliance Manager. Currently, they are the Director of Culture, Inclusion, and Belonging at Dart Container.
