Jason Zygmont is an experienced culinary professional and sales manager with a robust background in high-end dining and food service. Currently serving as Sales Manager at D'Artagnan since June 2023, Jason focuses on providing sustainable protein options in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to this role, Jason operated as Chef/Owner at Black Bottle Dining, utilizing 17 years of Michelin-level experience to create custom dining experiences from January 2018 to August 2023. Jason has also held significant culinary positions, including Chef/Consultant at Sassetta, Chef/Owner at Setsun, Head Chef at Treehouse Restaurant, Executive Chef at Five and Ten, and Chef De Partie at the renowned Per Se and Restaurant Noma, among others.
