Kevin Grossi is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at D'Artagnan since February 2023, Kevin has also been the Owner of The regional since June 2016. Previously, Kevin held the position of Head Chef at Big Red F Restaurant Group from 2009 to 2016 and at Jax Fish House Fort Collins from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Kevin worked as a Sous Chef at Lola Mexican Fish House from 2009 to 2011. Kevin holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Schoolcraft College, completed between 1998 and 2000.
