Will Lambeth

Will is a Managing Director in the Alternative Investments practice, co-leading the Private Equity team. An experienced recruiter, he focuses on European and UK Private Equity investment firms.

Will began his recruitment career in 2008 and spent the earlier part of his career working with a diverse range of clients including venture capital, credit and traditional LBO funds.

Since 2014, he has also spearheaded Dartmouth’s “Junior Women in Private Equity” initiative. The aim is to improve female representation across all levels by increasing the number of women entering the industry.

Prior to beginning his career in recruitment, Will spent 6.5 years in the British Army.
